G3NFC/P was operating with two Kenwood TS-2000's over the weekend one on HF for the HF Nationals and one on VHF for the VHF Trophy. HF was very active at times and with our limited crew it was hard keeping up at times.
Antennas were a nested Di-Pole, 80/40/20m for HF and two 9 element Tonna's phased for the VHF contest.
We placed ourselves about 320ft above sea level in quite a nice spot overlooking Burton upon Trent and the surrounding area.
The rain held off for the weekend
Our thanks go to... Dave, G0AOD - John, M0JDK - Roger, M1CBO - Mick, G4HBY - Peter, M3GPM - Steve, 2E0KPO and Gerald, M5ACI. The site owner for allowing us to use the site.
