1. You can only claim the points from a QSO/SWL from a club member once in a year. 2 points per member maximum (at the time of writing we have 17 members = 34 points max in any one year. Callsign Variance is allowed. For example 2E0KPO and 2W0KPO can count as two contacts.
2. You can only claim the points from a special event call sign once in a month or during the event.
3. There is no limit on the contest call sign points you can claim. i.e.. you can make several contacts during a single contest but they may not be a dupe/s. For example to qualify for multiple points in a contest we must be working multiple bands you may then you may contact us on each band and the points will count for each contact. You may not make multiple contacts on the same band unless the contest allows it.
4. All awards are awarded at the discretion of the committee. We reserve the right to amend the rules.
5. The Award is free and will be emailed in a PDF format. JPG format can also be sent. Should you require the award sending by post then there will be a charge made for printing and postage.
6. Claims can start after 20th December 2007 any contacts before that date do not count.
7. To claim the award please email Steve, 2E0KPO (See contacts for email address) with the QSO/SWL details. (Call Sign, Date, Time)
